My wife and I have been a client of Eagle Insurance for over ten years. I have nothing but good things to say about my insurance agent Fred. Fred has gone over and above servicing my insurance needs. He has explained details of my policy, and ensuring that it meets my needs. He has crafted a plan that I can afford. He has always being there in my time of trouble. Fred jumped into action when I had a car accident. We called him and he took care of everything. Fred has been a great asset to the Eagle Insurance Family. I would definitely and have recommended him to friend and Family. Fred offer up friendly, efficient and personalized service and that’s rare in these changing times of what customer service is now. I have been a customer for about 5 years now. Eagle is a great Insurance company to work with. The customer service is exactly what I hoped for, the agents are kind and responsible. The receptionist is welcoming with big smile on her face, which is great to walk into. I was impressed with my last visit because the President came up to us to see how my wife and I was doing, as well as our experience with Eagle Insurance. I have already recommended Eagle Insurance to my mother and step father, as well as many friends. If you are looking for affordable auto insurance I would highly check out Eagle Insurance.

I have been a loyal customer of the Eagle Insurance Agency ("Eagle" hereafter) for almost a decade. My loyalty derives from the fact that Eagle provides superb customer service and excellent auto insurance! Further, Eagle staff has always been professional, courteous, diligent and expeditious in handling any matters requiring attention. I have insured three vehicles with Eagle for multiple years for my three grown children. When my fourth child starts driving (he's currently 13 years old), I will ensure that his vehicle is promptly added to my existing policy. I am not one to usually write positive reviews about business online. I usually write bad reviews for businesses that I feel need improvement. However this is not the case for Eagle Insurance. This is my first ever 5 star review. I only have positive things to say about Eagle Insurance. All the brokers are extremely friendly and helpful. I have had a wonderful experience with them. They always make sure to give the lowest possible rate for auto insurance. They answer all my questions instantly, and they are always quick to respond to assure me if I ever have a concern about my insurance. I highly recommend Eagle Insurance.

In light of the pandemic, it speaks volumes when companies such as Eagle insurance put their customers first before money. The way how Brad put his all efforts to get a good deal on insurance is so much for me! I didn't have to worry about budgeting everything just to ensure I still had coverage on my car. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to be specially because of Brad’s customer service. Even if Eagle charged a little more than other car insurance companies, I would still stay connected.Your customer service is like no other!Thank you Brad and Eagle for putting me first!

I have had great experiences with this company. I’ve been with them for over 5 years. They are very helpful and willing to work for my best interests. Fred, especially has gone above and beyond for myself and my family, getting me the best possible prices for my multiple vehicle, multiple family members, plan. Fred is a great guy! I remember having Eagle Insurance back in 2011 and nothing has changed. They still have the best costumer service and rates available. I can trust their services and trust that they'll help me in anyway possible. Brad is one of their best agents!!!! Excellent in what he do and he knows his company's policies and procedures. I have been insured through Eagle Insurance for 3 years and it has been a pleasure being a customer of theirs. Everyone that I've had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone has always been very kind, courteous and polite. They always kept me informed and up to date with my renewals and were very helpful when I had to update my coverage or change vehicles on my policy. It has been wonderful having them as my insurance agent and they are definitely going to be missed now that I am no longer in the Illinois area.
